To assess the maintenance needs of Emerald Lakes and make recommendations to the Board of Directors.

REAL ESTATE COMMITTEE

To act confidentially and recommend to the Board of Directors courses of action relative to the acquisition of real property and its retention for future use or its disposition to generate income or other benefits for the furtherment of the community’s best interest.

FINANCE & LONG RANGE PLANNING  COMMITTEE

Study/evaluate trends in the Association and surrounding communities to assist Board setting goals for the Community.  Recommend to the Board actions to efficiently control the community financial operations.  Including preparation of annual budget.

A watch group to empower people to prevent crime, forge bonds between law enforcement and the community, and build a foundation for broader community improvement, and provide back up at scheduled events.

The mission of the Emerald Lakes Fishing and Conservation Club is to promote the wise use of our natural resources and foster proper conservation citizenship, and to make property owners aware of the importance of the interdependence of humans and the environment concerning our lakes, streams and wetlands.
