ARTICLE I

General

           Section 1.  Name          -  The name of this corporation shall be EMERALD LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC.

          Section 2.           Address -  The registered office of this corporation shall be at Emerald Lakes, Long Pond Road, Pocono Summit, Pennsylvania 18346, subject to transfer upon notice to the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania a may be permitted by law.

          Section 3.  Seal -  The corporate seal shall have inscribed thereon the name of the corporation, the year of its organization and the words “Corporate Seal”.
